I’m totally fucked !

I knew it ! I just knew it that whenever I get sick very often and I get tired fast I know I’ve gained weight !

And when I checked ….fuck yeah I did. I’m not like the idiot girls who obsessed with skinny bodies. For me the most important thing is I look fine, and I should not feel like I wanna pass out after climbed up a few steps. That is how I judge or suspect if I gained weight. I know I’m a walker, so when I walk less for some time and go back to long walks …and I am slightly out of breath it’s ok, it’s like u take a few deep breaths and your back to normal. But when you’re wheezing like nobody’s business that means you have gained weight…loads. So judging for my never ending breathless gulps I knew I’ve gained unessarry weight.

How did this happen ?

I lay down on my bed yesterday thinking what the hell did I do to gain weight this fast. And sure enough the answer was right there. For the past few months I’ve been having bubble drinks and side snacks and shit loads of NIPS !!! Yeah, you know the weird part ? even when I’m buying it, my brain is saying “gal you just had your big lunch ….is that NIPS really important?” but in the end its my heart that goes “aww just this one time” and that one time became thousand times ,…..grrrrr I actually lost count of how many NIPS and snacks I had before and after I had my lunch. Grrrr my mistake I admit.

I swore that if I ever reach that weight I would do all my best to lose it all, AND since new year is still fresh I will start from today !!!

RULES !!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PURSE, whenever you go out with your friends to get “lil snacks”

DO NOT eat any snacks and sweet drinks EVER for 3 months

HUNGRY ? DRINK WATER and EAT CUCUMBER

KEEP CALLING YOURSELF FAT !!! AND LOOK AT LOADS OF FASHION MAGAZINE !!!

MAKE YOUR OWN HEALTHY SNACKS

GOODBYE DINNER meals “plain capati (2), hot glass of milk, some plain Jacobs’s biscuits (3), fruits”

DRINKS LOADS of water like u going to explode !!!

Walk, walk, walk, walk, walk walk.

Keep a weight and size check diary !!!!

If you can do it in campus! You can do it now !!!

It's all about staying positive and keeping to an exercise routine. Walking at least two times a week will do wonders for anybody Keep it up. I love your attitude!
